Where to go with children in Tallinn?

In recent years Tallinn has become a child friendly city. You can find playgrounds in all bigger parks in the city centre, for example Kadriorg park, The Square of Towers and Lembitu park, also in the Police park next to Reval Park Hotel & Casino.

At Tallinn Zoo you can see an exciting collection of different animal species. During the summer season children have the chance to feed the animals. There are many other interesting museums in Tallinn: the Children’s Museum displays toys from the Middle Ages to nowadays; no child will be bored in Miia-Milla-Manda Museum, where they can ask questions, look around, wonder, and touch; Kalev Marzipan Museum gives an excellent overview of the history of marzipan and how it turned from medicine into a popular sweet; The Open Air Museum is not only a historic display of medieval life, but gives the whole family the chance to experience it at first hand - ride in a carriage, get acquainted with domestic animals and enjoy a picnic in the fresh air. Energetic children can have fun in the trampoline court Skypark. While parents go shopping, children can play in Juku Playground in shopping centres or in Lotte Playground, located on the second floor of Tallinn Kaubamaja.

27 km outside Tallinn is located Vembu-Tembumaa, which is an amusement park that offers activities for the whole family. Go-carts, trampolines, pools and mini-golf are only some of the activities you can enjoy there.
